It costs over £30,000 per year to keep our local Samaritans branch open. It is entirely manned by volunteers providing invaluable support for those in need of emotional support, especially in the area of suicide prevention.
The Samaritans change lives: Every single day, around 16 people decide to end their own life across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
